How Do I Track My Zazzle Order?

To track a Zazzle order, go to Order History in your Zazzle account. Look for the item being shipped and click on Track Package to see the progress of the shipped order. To know how long it takes to produce the items, check the listed time found on Zazzle's product page.
Different Order Status Descriptions
Here are the different order status descriptions you may find as well as what each means:
Payment Verification - Zazzle is still processing the payment.
Processing Order - They got the order and will start producing it soon. Check your emails if the item is still in processing for more than two days, as they will likely have some clarification about your order.
Making - Zazzle is in the process of making your order.
Shipped - Items are packed and handed over to the carrier. Take note that the carrier may receive the tracking code information in two business days if the item was shipped via standard shipping. Weekends are not counted as shipping days except when the order is sent by Zip & Zip PLUS. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the first day of transit.
Delivered - The order is delivered. If it shows delivered and you don't have the item, contact the carrier for information about the order. The driver can provide more information as to where they left the package. Also, don't forget to ask your family members or neighbors as they might have kept the package.
Canceled - The order has been canceled and may no longer be shipped. Check your email as Zazzle sends notifications for canceled orders. Don't forget to check the Spam folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.
Returned - This means that you have returned the package to Zazzle. You can also check your email for any information about why the items are marked returned.
Take note that 50 or more items are considered High Volume. Add 2-3 additional business days to the expected delivery date.
Necklaces, premium keychains or ornaments over 100 will require 5-7 days to manufacture.
In addition, the shipping estimates depend on the selected shipping method. Manufacturing of the products is also not included in the shipping estimates.
Domestic Shipping Services
You can choose from five shipping options offered by Zazzle for orders shipped within the US. If you need the order shipped immediately, go for Zip PLUS & Zip, and they can prioritize your order. Express Shipping can deliver the items within one to two business days. Premium Shipping takes two to three business days and Standard Shipping takes four to sever business days. Shipping options also vary, depending on the quantity ordered and the type of product.
You can only use Zip & Zip PLUS for orders in the US. Choose a Standard Shipping option if you want to ship to a PO Box or APO location. For shipping to US territories, select US Territory for the country, not the United States.
